Care varies depending on the gemstone type:

• Store pieces separately in soft pouches to prevent scratching.
• Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or cleaning.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics.
• Best practice is jewellery on after you dress and off before you undress to avoid catching on clothes.

• Most gemstones can be gently cleaned with lukewarm water and detergent using a soft brush.
• Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Pearls and porous gemstones should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
• Silver cleaning cloths can be used for polishing and extra shine on your silver and only used to clean gold plate jewellery.
• Ultrasonic cleaners and silver cleaners should only be used for metal and never on gemstones, opals or pearls.
• We're always happy to provide specific care instructions for your particular piece.

• 14-day returns on unworn, undamaged items in original packaging with tags attached.
• For faulty goods: Customers are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair (depending on the nature of the fault).
• For change of mind: A store credit will be offered.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We work with high-quality precious metals including:

Almost all our gemstones are natural. Common treatments include and are acceptable in the gem trade.

• Heat treatment (sapphires, rubies and topaz) to enhance colour.
• Oiling (emeralds) to improve clarity.
• Stabilisation (opals, turquoise) to improve durability.

Untreated gemstones are specifically noted as "natural, untreated" and may command premium prices due to their rarity. If you have questions about a specific piece, please don't hesitate to ask.
